Our punching center is available for both coils and coils plus blanks. We will equip it according to your specific needs, whether you are producing a variety of parts in small batches or part families in large series.
PivaPunch is based on standard thick turret tools placed in quick-change tool cassettes on both sides of the web. Tasks such as notching, embossing, perforation, and louvering can be carried out through customization.
PivaPunch is designed for steel thicknesses up to 6 mm. It is implemented for a web width of up to 1830 mm.
Efficiency
PivaPunch is more efficient than other sheet metal punching methods because it works directly from the coil fully automatically, producing stacked punched blanks exactly the way you need them.
Flexibility
It is more flexible because it uses an advanced and freely programmable CNC coil punching system. The common coil width is used for a variety of small-batch parts, while the true coil width is used for large series.
