The semi-automatic Jorns JB Bending Machine can be configured in lengths from 3,2 to 12,2 meters and with a sheet metal bending capacity of up to 3 mm. It offers great freedom, and not only with respect to the clamping tool.
The area in front of and behind the clamping tool of the Jorns JB Bending Machine offers an above-average open space, allowing you to manufacture bending profiles extremely efficiently. The use of servo technology and stop fingers that can move freely sideways guarantee maximum precision and flexibility for bending parallel, conical, or overlapping profiles.
Successful bending and subsequent installation of your profiles is largely due to the consistent calculation of processing and stop positions according to the “Shortening the bend according to DIN 6935” method, the intuitive graphical programming, the high level of angular precision, and the uniformly closed hems.
